Fuelcoin Wallet

This project was a pure C++ wallet project

• Added a fast way to import the blockchain
• Made the UI much more user friendly
• Modified the addressbook to have additional fields and a search field
• Added USD/FTC API functions to it to allow FTC/USD conversion on the fly
• Added an exchange ticker to see the current price of every supported currency
• Enabled automatic scheduled backup of the wallet to ensure its always safe
